This information is statistical in nature and is used by BritWar to improve the service it provides to visitors.   • BritWar will use any means available to identify any person or organisation that attempts or succeeds in using the facilities of this site for any other unlawful purpose (as defined by British Law)
  • BritWar will use any means available to identify any person or organisation using the facilities of this site when so ordered to do so by a competent British legal authority (Subject to the provisions of PACE 1984 as it relates to the absolute confidentiality of journalistic sources).
